How to manage stress?

I like to jogging.

When i m stress, as usually i walk down to the park near my house. Jogging make me feel peace and forget everything.

I like to talk with my mom. I never told her what made me stress, i just want to hear her voice...

I listen to music, but sometimes hard to find a song that i want.

I write blog, i want to describe what exactly feeling, but always fail.

So bad >.<
